Cynthia N. Stephens is one of the founders and Managing Member at CEM Media Group. As CEM’s Managing Member, Cynthia works directly with the Chief Creative Officer in crafting successful multi business and multinational strategies within the TV and film industry. From assisting with company design and branding to reading scripts and treatments, submitted for financing. Cynthia’s dynamic role and responsibilities ensures that corporate headquarters adds value to business and operating units. Cynthia is also the owner and Executive Manager of four other multi-million-dollar companies.
As the Executive Manager, Cynthia oversees and is responsible for developing company policies and procedures, creating & implementing plans and strategies for growth and financial stability for the overall success of the companies. Over several years, Cynthia has developed and cultivated a culture of excellence within her companies. Her experience and diverse background in business, has led to this venture in the entertainment industry.
When Cynthia is not starting businesses, she is volunteering. She is a Rotarian and participates in other local community events.
Cynthia is not all work, she enjoys her family, a great workout, dancing, Karaoke, board games, socializing with friends & cleaning (very therapeutic).
She has a BA in Psychology from Simpson University (CA) along with a Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential from California State University, Fresno.
