Eric L. Stephens is one of the founders and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at CEM Media Group. As CEM’s CFO, Eric heads the financial division, communicates the creation of the strategic financial plan, including methods to increase revenue while managing current and future investments and capital structures. Eric develops and implements long range goals and objectives to achieve bottom-line impact of growth and profitability, while creating a vision for success. Eric brings a proven ability to support growth and maximize value, as he is the owner, CFO & CEO of four other multi-million-dollar companies. For over 15 years, Eric has been responsible for the companies’ financial functions including, financial reporting, accounting, audit, budgetary planning, investments, operations, and production efficiency.
Through the years, Eric has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of businesses. He believes in doing business the honest way and with integrity, which is one of the reasons he has managed to thrive. When people ask, why would an electrician, an Electrical Contractor, purchase a paving & excavating business (now a General Engineering Contracting business) Eric’s response is “why not?” Eric is a very hardworking man that you can catch daily, saying with a smile, ‘Just living the dream, man!’ “Living the dream,” has led him to this venture in the entertainment industry.
When Eric is not working or volunteering, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, fishing and watching sports.
